Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas, including warehouse zones, loading docks, and facility perimeters, while maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents. Respond to alarms, access concerns, and critical situations by communicating observations to appropriate personnel and executing emergency response procedures. Provide customer service during access control activities, documenting arrivals, departures, and unusual activity on computer or tablet systems. Complete detailed daily activity reports and incident documentation to support property loss prevention.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
