Job Summary
Maintain a visible presence on the gaming floor, respond to guest inquiries, control access to sensitive areas, monitor alarm panels and issue keys, write reports and conduct investigations, provide First Aid and medical assistance, and comply with provincial gaming regulations. Requires 6 months security experience, strong customer service, detail-orientation, communication skills, and ability to obtain Category 2 Gaming Assistant registration with the Ontario Alcohol and Gaming Commission. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends; ability to stand for long periods and to restrain individuals when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in a security role
- Current First Aid/CPR certification
- Ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
- Solid analytical and communication skills
- Good judgment and understanding of casino operations
