Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols throughout residential community areas, including buildings, grounds, parking areas, amenities, and perimeter locations. Monitor access points and visitor activity to report unauthorized activity, maintenance concerns, and unusual conditions. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations while providing customer service to residents, guests, and visitors. Document observations and actions using computer or tablet tools to complete detailed activity reports and incident documentation. Maintain professional communication with residents, guests, management, and leadership. Work part-time shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Wednesday through Thursday in Lake Geneva, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Access control or badge experience is preferred
