Job Summary
Monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, including building interiors, parking areas, and perimeters, to deter security incidents and identify concerns. Respond to alarms and critical situations while providing customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. Conduct random patrols and observe activity at access points to report unauthorized access, suspicious behavior, and policy violations. Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation following established post orders and escalation procedures. Work rotating shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
