Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Property Protection Patrol

Monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, including interiors, parking areas, and perimeters, to deter security incidents and identify concerns. Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations by following established post orders and escalation procedures while providing customer service to tenants and visitors. Conduct random patrols to observe activity at access points, reporting unauthorized access, suspicious behavior, and policy violations to appropriate personnel. Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications. Work a rotating schedule from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM.
