Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas including office spaces, common areas, parking, loading docks, and the exterior perimeter to identify and report unusual activity or hazards. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel while verifying authorized entry and managing visitor credentials. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities per site procedures. Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while communicating professionally with site contacts. Work full-time day shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM in Kansas City, MO, safeguarding clients across tech, media, and telecommunications industries.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
