Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas including office spaces, common areas, parking, loading docks, and the exterior perimeter to identify unusual activity and report hazards. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel while verifying authorized entry at access points. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities per site procedures. Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while communicating professionally with site contacts. Shift runs from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Valid driver's license
