Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Surveillance

Conduct routine unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to deter unauthorized access. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations by following established reporting and escalation procedures. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees while monitoring access control points, visitor activity, and property conditions. Document observations, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns in accordance with site procedures. Maintain a professional presence communicating with building management, tenants, contractors, and public responders. Work full-time days from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
