Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Surveillance

Conduct regular unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations by following established reporting and escalation procedures. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees while communicating with building management, contractors, and public responders. Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and property conditions, documenting observations and maintenance concerns in accordance with site procedures. Work a rotating day shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
