Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas, including business locations, exterior zones, and perimeters, to identify unusual activity, hazards, or policy violations. Respond to security-related concerns and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues per site procedures. Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities while documenting observations and incidents. Complete required reports, logs, and shift documentation in accordance with site-specific policies.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Valid driver's license
