Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas and perimeters to maintain a visible presence that deters security-related incidents. Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while supporting access control activities. Work a rotating day shift from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM, Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
