Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas, including exterior zones and perimeters, to identify unusual activity, hazards, or policy violations. Respond to security-related concerns and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures. Provide customer service while carrying out site-specific policies and emergency response activities as needed. Document observations, incidents, and shift logs in accordance with procedures. Complete required reports and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Valid driver's license
