Job Summary
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff by carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations following established site procedures. Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols of building common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel. Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Work a day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
