Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of assigned areas, parking, entrances, exits, and property perimeters to deter incidents and maintain a visible presence. Respond to guest concerns, critical situations, and unauthorized access while providing customer service to residents, staff, and visitors. Monitor for disturbances or suspicious activity, document observations per site procedures, and assist with access control and coordination with emergency responders. Work rotating shifts from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM at a Honolulu resort location.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- A state, county, or city-issued Security Professional license is preferred.
