Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of assigned areas, parking, entrances, exits, and the property perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner while providing customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and staff. Monitor for security-related concerns such as unauthorized access, property damage, and suspicious activity, documenting observations in accordance with site procedures. Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and coordination with on-site personnel or emergency responders as needed. Shifts run from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM daily.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- A state, county, or city-issued Security Professional license is preferred
