Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of banking offices, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following established reporting and escalation protocols. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry, and document observations, incidents, and unusual conditions. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities. Work day shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen
- A valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet
- CPR and/or First Aid certification
