Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned retail areas, including sales floors, entrances, exits, and perimeters, while maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents. Respond to security concerns, customer issues, and critical situations by contacting appropriate personnel or emergency responders as needed. Provide customer service to shoppers and staff by directing visitors and documenting daily activities and incidents according to location-specific policies. Work full-time days from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Thursdays through Sundays. This role safeguards clients across retail and mall industries, contributing to a culture that positively impacts communities and customers.
Required Qualifications
- Have at least two years of security-related experience
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification is preferred
- Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
