Job Summary
Monitor and patrol a hospitality location in Honolulu, HI, maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents. Respond to alarms and routine concerns, providing customer service to guests, staff, and visitors while supporting a welcoming environment. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, addressing incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. This full-time role includes a rotating schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma, and hold a Guard Card or alarm panel experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- A Guard Card or license is preferred
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
