Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Alarm Panel Operations

Monitor and patrol a residential condominium location to maintain a secure environment for residents, guests, and staff. Respond to security-related concerns and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while delivering outstanding customer service. Conduct routine and random patrols around the business and perimeter, ensuring visibility to deter incidents. This role requires at least one year of security experience, alarm panel familiarity, and CPR certification. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma, and pass a background investigation and drug screen.
