Job Summary
Monitor and patrol a residential condominium location, conducting routine and random site checks while remaining visible to deter incidents. Respond to security-related concerns and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, delivering customer service to residents, guests, and staff. Maintain alarm panel operations as part of daily site-specific procedures and emergency response activities. This role supports a culture of teamwork and integrity within Allied Universal's facility services team, contributing to secure environments across diverse client industries.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Possess a valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Alarm panel experience
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- CPR certification
