Job Summary
Monitor assigned areas at a logistics and distribution location, conduct regular unarmed patrols of warehouse zones, loading docks, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity, and verify visitor credentials while documenting entries and departures. Respond to alarms and incidents in a calm manner, notify site contacts and emergency responders as needed, and prepare accurate reports on patrols and unusual conditions. Provide customer service by executing site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
