Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Access Control

Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, entrances, exits, and perimeter spaces to deter unauthorized activity. Provide customer service to residents, tenants, visitors, and vendors while verifying credentials at access points and reporting suspicious activity or policy violations. Respond to alarms and critical situations professionally, documenting observations and completing required incident reports. Maintain clear communication with property management and emergency responders in accordance with site-specific procedures.
