Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Access Control

Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, entrances, exits, and perimeter spaces to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Monitor access points, verify credentials per site procedures, and respond to alarms or critical incidents while documenting observations and completing incident reports. Provide customer service to residents, tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities. Maintain a professional presence communicating clearly with property management, emergency responders, and the public.
