Job Summary
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security procedures at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking, and perimeter to identify unusual activity. Monitor access by checking credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating entry requirements. Complete daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications. Work a rotating day shift from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM, Monday through Sunday. Subject to background investigation and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Valid driver's license
