Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Customer Service Patrol

Conduct routine patrols throughout retail and mall locations, including common areas, entrances, parking zones, and perimeters, while maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents. Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations by documenting observations and reporting concerns per site procedures. Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and employees by assisting with directions, escorts, and other needs while communicating professionally with site management, law enforcement, and leadership. Perform emergency response activities as appropriate and monitor access points and vehicle activity. Full-time day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour.
