Job Summary
Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols of offices, parking areas, and the business perimeter, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents. Respond to alarms and critical situations by communicating observations to site leadership or emergency responders. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while verifying credentials and reporting irregularities at access points. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with site procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
- Loss prevention experience is preferred
- A guard card or license is preferred
