Job Summary
Manage entry and exit points at a chemical/petrochemical location by verifying credentials, issuing access documentation, and screening vehicles and personnel per site procedures. Monitor access activity using computer-based systems, respond to alarms and incidents following established emergency protocols, and conduct regular patrols of assigned perimeters to identify policy violations. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while maintaining accurate access records. Requires a TSA-issued TWIC credential, a state-issued security license, and a valid driver's license. Full-time day shifts with on-call rotation available.
Required Qualifications
- TSA-issued TWIC
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
