Job Summary
Monitor guest and staff safety while safeguarding all company assets at the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort. Patrol the property, deescalate tense situations, and enforce emergency procedures with quick thinking in high-stress environments. Maintain calm communication skills to manage group settings and respond to incidents effectively. This role requires a high school diploma, prior security or law enforcement experience, and fluency in English. Candidates must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior security/law enforcement experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pre-employment drug test
- Background check
