Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas at a healthcare-related location in Miami, FL, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents and support a welcoming environment. Respond to security-related concerns and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while providing exceptional customer service to visitors and staff in Spanish and English. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities as needed. This role requires fluency in Spanish, a valid driver's license, and at least 21 years of age. Applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen. Required Qualifications
- Be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
