Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas at government transportation locations to maintain a visible presence and deter security incidents. Respond to critical situations using a calm, problem-solving approach while documenting activity through technology. Conduct regular and random site-specific patrols to support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and commuters. Perform emergency response activities as needed in accordance with client policies.
Required Qualifications
- Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be subject to a background investigation
- Be subject to a drug screen
- Possess a valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortably using a computer or tablet
- A state, county, or city-issued security license
