Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas at a healthcare-related location in Miami, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents and support a welcoming environment. Respond to security-related concerns and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while providing customer service to clients in Spanish and English. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, executing site-specific policies and emergency response activities as needed. This role requires fluency in Spanish, a background investigation, and a drug screen.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license
