Job Summary
Conduct routine patrols of school buildings, grounds, and parking areas to deter incidents and identify security concerns. Respond to disturbances, medical situations, and critical events while maintaining a visible presence for students, staff, and visitors. Provide customer service and clear communication, then prepare accurate reports and activity logs for all security-related observations. Monitor access points and visitor activity to report suspicious behavior or policy violations to school personnel and emergency responders.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
