Job Summary
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations professionally, notifying appropriate personnel or emergency services as directed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter zones to identify and report unusual activity or hazards. Monitor access points and assist with visitor management procedures per site requirements. Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately, communicating relevant information to leadership and site personnel. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. Schedule includes day shifts from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license for driving positions only
