Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter zones to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points, support visitor and contractor entry procedures, and respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by escalating issues per site protocols. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants while carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities. Prepare clear activity logs and reports for patrols and observed conditions. Work a rotating day/evening shift schedule in Franklin Park, IL, as part of a team supporting diverse industries.
Required Qualifications
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Possess a valid driver's license
