Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and deliveries while responding to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following established escalation procedures. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific policies and emergency response activities. Prepare clear activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff communications. Work day shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Desired Qualifications
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred
- A guard card or license is preferred
