Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned residential areas, including common areas, building entrances, hallways, exterior grounds, and perimeter zones, to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, disturbances, and critical situations while maintaining a visible presence to support a welcoming environment. Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities. Monitor access points and visitor activity, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security issues to appropriate personnel. Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff communications. Work full-time day shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM in Bronx, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
