Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas, including office spaces, parking lots, and building perimeters, to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control issues while escalating matters per established protocols. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by verifying credentials and documenting daily activities. Maintain a visible, professional presence to support a welcoming environment across technology, media, and telecommunications sites.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
