Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facility areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations by following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel. Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while monitoring access points and verifying credentials. Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities. Maintain a visible presence to safeguard clients in industries such as healthcare. Requires a valid driver's license and a background investigation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
