Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned healthcare areas, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and support access control and badge procedures. Respond to alarms, medical emergencies, and disturbances while following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel. Conduct regular unarmed patrols of entrances, parking areas, and perimeters to identify unusual activity or hazards. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately, communicating relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors throughout shift operations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen
- A valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Alarm panel experience
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Access control and/or badge experience
