Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of parking areas, entrances, exits, pedestrian walkways, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence. Respond to incidents, parking concerns, access issues, and critical situations while providing customer service to clients, visitors, and staff. Monitor facility conditions, lighting, and unusual activity, reporting hazards and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel. Assist with traffic flow, visitor directions, and access control while documenting incidents accurately. Work a rotating day shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM across Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- A Guard Card/License is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
