Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity while maintaining a visible presence. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by verifying credentials, monitoring access points, and reporting suspicious conditions or policy violations. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with site requirements and Allied Universal procedures. Work overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM across Thursday through Sunday at a financial institution location in Rochelle, IL.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
