Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity while maintaining a visible presence. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by verifying credentials, monitoring access points, and reporting suspicious conditions. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with site requirements and Allied Universal procedures. Shifts include overnight rotations from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM across Wednesdays through Saturdays. This role serves clients in financial institutions and other industries within Rochelle, IL, supporting a culture of integrity and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
