Job Summary
Provide security and safety for Southern NH Medical Center’s Main and West Campuses. Conduct security/safety rounds, respond to emergencies, manage aggressive/combative patients, assist with restraints, monitor high-risk patients in the ED, apply the Use of Force policy, document security incidents, and produce clear incident reports. Support emergency evacuation operations, hazard isolation, and activation of outside resources as needed; maintain ground safety knowledge and serve as first responder for hazardous material incidents. This full-time night-shift role requires a high school diploma, 1-2 years of security experience, and CPI training; includes weekend coverage and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate required
- Must acquire key personal safety skills within 90 days (handcuff, pepper spray, crisis intervention)
- Must have or be able to attend CPI training program
- Must have valid driver’s license for mobile patrol of facility
- 1-2 years of related security experience
