Job Summary
Monitor security cameras, conduct regular patrols, and verify visitor identification to maintain a safe environment. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, including medical situations, while accurately documenting all observations. Perform routine foot patrols of facility entrances and exits, identify safety hazards, and address minor disturbances professionally. Provide assistance and directions to employees and visitors, collaborating with team members and emergency responders as needed. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and basic computer proficiency. Located in Waltham, MA, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
