Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, office spaces, and facility perimeters to deter security incidents and identify unusual activity. Monitor access points, observe vehicle and personnel movement, and respond to alarms, access concerns, and critical situations by escalating matters per site procedures. Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Prepare clear activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications. Requires a valid driver's license, two years of security experience, and a background investigation.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of security-related experience
- Valid driver's license in the state where the job is located
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Possess a valid driver's license for driving positions only
