Job Summary
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner following established escalation and reporting procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify unusual activity or policy violations. Monitor access points, verify credentials, direct guests, and document relevant activity. Complete accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and communicate observations to leadership. Day shift hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- A Guard Card/License is preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred
