Job Summary
Security Officer responsibilities include patrolling the casino floor, hotel areas, and property perimeter to identify risks and ensure safety; enforce policies and gaming regulations; respond to emergencies and administer first aid as trained; de-escalate conflicts; coordinate with law enforcement; protect assets such as cash and chips; verify IDs and age restrictions; provide directions and professional security presence to guests and staff; 24/7 resort/casino environment. Requires a high school diploma or GED and ability to obtain a gaming license/work cards; strong observation, de-escalation, communication, and customer service skills; prior security, law enforcement, military, or hospitality experience is preferred.
