Job Summary
Provide and maintain a safe environment for customers, employees, and casino assets through observation, patrolling, and effective customer/employee relations. Responsibilities include patrolling parking lots and building entrances, monitoring parking/traffic, providing security for special functions, conducting counts and building patrols, escorting individuals, preventing entry of underage or undesirable customers, monitoring gaming areas and emergency exits, documenting incidents, and preparing logs/reports. Requires strong communication, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to respond effectively in emergencies. Education: High School diploma or GED; CPR and TIPs certifications within 1 year. Proficient with computers and two-way radios; able to endure physical and environmental demands. Afternoon/evening shifts; 40 hours/week; Bois Forte Band preference noted in description.
