Job Summary
Greet visitors, verify credentials, and maintain visitor logs while monitoring access procedures at the corporate location. Respond to inquiries, direct incoming calls, and report unusual activity to site personnel. Manage security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities by calmly addressing incidents and critical situations. Provide professional customer service to clients across a range of industries.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet
- CPR certification
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Customer service experience
