Job Summary
Greet visitors, verify credentials, and maintain visitor logs while monitoring access to the location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing information to visitors and reporting unusual activity. Answer and direct incoming calls, carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed. Work a full-time day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM in Apex, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred
- CPR certification is preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
